Can anyone suggest a site that sells pre-painted buildings for WW2 western/eastern Europe? (US retailer please)

I'm finding myself being bogged down with making terrain and painting mini's and one less thing to paint is spot on for me!

Thanks

If pre-painted lasercut mdf is ok, you should be able to find a US retailer for 4Ground, they have a NW Europe range and some Russian village buildings.

Thanks folks!

After looking at some of these prices, I may just go with paper buildings on nice card stock

Crescent Root has some pre-paints that are less expensive.

Agree with the pre-painted 4Ground stuff – though you do have to put them together and so in a way you are back to making terrain. I have just done their 15mm wooden village – LINK link

If you have a model railway near you, they sometimes sell second hand buildings. they can look a bit plasticky, so blitz them with a dirty wash and that will help a lot.

You might want to go for a 'for now' option, so just use something proxy for the buildings or knock together a shape from foam board or cereal boxes etc. Once you get on your feet and have figures and other terrain available, you can replace your budget buildings at a more leisurely pace. There is a lot to do when starting from scratch and it is easy to be overwhelmed by the project.

There are plenty of manufacturers that do unpainted – you could get some of those and just throw a dirty wash on them and use them until such times as you are in a position to paint etc.

I might just go with non painted. It seems to me you're paying $15 USD-20 a building for it being painted and I'd rather spend my limited budget on figures. Since I won't need many, I might just replace my card stock ones with the unpainted over time.

Thanks for the links
