Are you currently looking for or considering a new wargaming project?

I just started my first new project in 3 years…15mm fantasy. Just acquired in trade a 15mm orc army, and picked up a ton of Demonworld Dwarves, very cheap, off Ebay.

Jamesonsafari05 Sep 2016 11:31 a.m. PST

Yes

Allen5705 Sep 2016 11:50 a.m. PST

Post Civil War Ironclads. Starting with the battle of Lissa and Riachuelo (SP????). I have acquired part of the ships in 1/1200 and am looking for others. Might try some of the other South American and Baltic stuff too.

Nope, working on the other 100 projects!

What's a project? Depending on what it is, I may do two or three a week or two or three a year …

rmaker05 Sep 2016 12:17 p.m. PST

I'm considering medieval forces for Lion/Dragon Rampant. BUT, we may be moving soon, so no new projects until we are settled in (or call off the move).

Yes. Two sharpe practice armies one using RSM95 SYW and another War of 1812 Americans.

Hopefully I'll come to my senses soon.

Porthos05 Sep 2016 12:46 p.m. PST

Always. I am a fanatical megalomaniac who carefully saved some unpainted figures to be immortal.

Mooseworks805 Sep 2016 1:05 p.m. PST

Yes. Several that have been planned out for some time and a few new ones.

Gear Pilot05 Sep 2016 1:06 p.m. PST

Yes, 15mm Sci Fi from multiple ranges. They are primed and/or base coated and stacked up in boxes at the side of my painting table.

durecell05 Sep 2016 1:06 p.m. PST

I'm thinking of doing mid 17th Century Swedes for By Fire and Sword. Not that I've actually finished my old projects.

ViscountEric05 Sep 2016 1:18 p.m. PST

Still slowly painting Mouslings for my Of Gods and Mortals game. The Bones 3 Mousling (and Frost Giants) will be here before Christmas and my painting will need to explode.

New idea? The girls want to hunt dinosaurs, so after our current storyline, we're moving ahead with a hollow/lost world game with blue skinned goblins as the denizens.

Bill McHarg05 Sep 2016 1:24 p.m. PST

A friend and I painted up a bunch of 28mm Napoleonics for Sharpe Practice. Now we are working on 15mm WWII that will be used for both NUTS! Big Battles and Flames of War.

It's been done …

Blah, blah, bl-blah blah blah!

… kill them all with extreme prejudice!

Always being distracted into something new! Normarly as far as buying a rule book and some minis, then changing again! lol

Winston Smith05 Sep 2016 2:32 p.m. PST

If you call getting dragged back into one I thought I had sold off "new", then yes.
I'm looking at you epturner.

Yes, I have late Roman figures in the box ready for the painting table when I finally finish off the last of my Calpe Prussians, over 1000 when done. After that more units for my Front Rank Burgundian army, then the Romans.

Mako1105 Sep 2016 11:18 p.m. PST

Always……..

If I can ever work up the gumption to buy an Old Glory army membership, I'm sunk with a bunch of new projects needing Blue Moon figures – Old West, Three Musketeers, Mex-Am War (nevermind supplementing other projects).

I am always fighting the demon.

coopman06 Sep 2016 8:28 a.m. PST

Of course! It's the nature of being a wargamer.

leidang07 Sep 2016 1:02 p.m. PST

3 of them…

28mm Aliens and Corridors
28mm Maharatta Wars
28mm Fantasy Skirmish

Ben Avery07 Sep 2016 4:17 p.m. PST

Already done it Otto. Patrons, commissions, competitions and the uncertainty of knowing whether the statue/painting/piece/building is truly a masterpiece until its revealed.
