Action at Ustilug is a small set of scenarios to play a mini campaign set in the first days of Operation Barbarossa. The set is designed by Chris Stoesen for Toofatlardies' Chain of Command rules but works for any small scale WWII rules. Not a lot of armor for the treadheads, but scenarios offer a lot of variety in scenery and units.

Two bucks is too cheap IMO. Who doesn't need another Russian Front games to choose from?

WhT is the scale if Chain of Command?

Dan, in Chain of Command each side is usually about one platoon with a bit of support so the scenarios should work fine with for example Bolt Action. Or buy CoC, it's great (disclosure:I was in the play test team for CoC).

I don't own Action at Ustilug but I have other stuff by Chris that is very good.
