Dear All,
This week at the uni we replayed aspects of the Battle of Kolin. More pics and details here: link |

How well do you feel the rules and scenario captured the challenges facing the commanders in real battle? |

I have been wanting to play these rules for a long time. Life has gotten in the way. I Enjoyed reading your AAR and I don't normally read these types of posts. Thank you for posting. Matthew |

Thanks chaps! Interesting question on the rules and scenario. I certainly think the scenario works very well – you can't really wargame the botched flank march, so starting from this point is the next best thing… As far as the rules work, the very limited C2 seem realistic, albeit frustrating! I think the overall balance between the various arms works very well though. |

Great looking battle and AAR…… When you play Maurice with this many people, how many decks of cards do you use? |

Thank you all very much for the kind comments. We used a double pack of cards for this game, and reshuffled once, but burned through it in about 3 hours of play! |
