Hi, I've had an email today plugging a Black Cat Bases sale. Now I've never borne them any ill-will, but there have been problems in the past. Does anyone know if they've got back on track?

Lead Adventure Forum has a very long-running thread on Black Cat Bases: link The latest posts all suggest that they're sending stuff out in a timely fashion.

My last dealings with them were very good, but were in September last year, so not so recent. Since efficient service is a reasonable expectation, people seem more prepared to complain than to praise. Maybe the lack of recent grievances on that formerly-boiling LAF thread is a good sign? In any case, if you do take the plunge, report back here on the outcome.

I'll second Mirosav's comments. I ordered a small number of resin bases from them recently and considering the time the mail takes from UK to Australia these days, it arrived in a timely manner. I have since placed an order for more resin bases.

I decided to test the waters with Black Cat Bases, I placed a small order for their science fiction mercenaries. Placed order on 11/07/2016 to Montrose CA received it on 11/192016 100% fill rate. The items could use a little packing material. Excellent service. David

Today I received my small order. I made it on the 9th of Sept and as I live in New Zealand on the other side of the world, it's arrived in the expected time. All good, am looking at some more stuff to get now.
