If it's the same fellow, it's done by a Spanish maritime modeller who does very large scale dioramas (note other ship in the background in second picture on the website). Believe he specializes in Trafalgar scenes. Name and site eludes me for the moment.

Amazing…. I wish I had the time and the ability and the space, or at least that job. Spanish flag needs a rethink though. :)

Try googling "Sailing Ship Model Plans". There are plenty out there for folks who make plank on frame models and the like.

The author of these works is called Curro Agudo Mangas. He makes orders in scales 1/72, 1/50 …
He is a great professional. I invite you to spend a little time to see his work.
