Today the wife and I busted out the WW1 figures to play some Chain of Command. We decided to do a modified version of a scenario called "Lost in France" out of Too Fat Lardies: Through the Mud and the Blood, scenario book "Stout Hearts and Iron Troopers."

I knew about the lost battalion but hadn't realized they were a New York City outfit until seeing the film.

Maybe the Yanks need a spectacular officer to offset all those Germans.
