I have posted some pictures of my Trophy of Wales toy soldiers depicting the ill fated 24th (Warwickshire) Regiment at Isandlwana and Roarke's Drift in the Zulu War.
Also, a picture of Kitchener and his staff overlooking a collection of Gatling Guns and Maxim machine guns, all figures are from Trophy of Wales.

This is a useful web site about the Zulu War: 1879zuluwar.com And remember, the 2/24th was a regiment from Warwickshire. |

Love the Trophy figures. I started collecting them the year Trophy went out of production so have only a few. Yours look great. |

I acquired a few more Trophy 24th Foot over the past week and now have 35 foot and two mounted officers plus Lord Chelmsford and an aide writing down orders. Another 14 infantry are en route from the recruiting depot along with a Gatling Gun and a Royal Artillery section of 7 -pdrs. Pictures to follow once the new recruits arrive. |
