Elite miniatures have just released French regimental painting guides and French infantry. You can see the new infantry a full 360 on Elites new Youtube channel

Didn't even know it was there on Youtube!

Great fun.

Makes you dizzy!

I think the rotating image actually works and is very convincing. I have always wanted to like this range but could never get used to the way they seemed to be watching for Stukas, or perhaps gazing wistfully up at the wargaming fraternity lording it over them.

These ones are in the traditional style and immediately recognisable as Elite, but much more sensible posed

I have 4 regiments of Chassuers a Cheval using Elite figures, I like them.
However not as much as Calpe or Front Rank.

I like they foot and horse artillery of 6 pounds for the Dutch-Belgian contingents of the year 1815 in 28mm.

Thanks so much for posting these.

I did not know they did HA for the Netherlands. I very much want to add to my single Perry gun and crew and 6 mounted gunners. These look superb and have been really well painted.

I really must get back from Hue and Tet to Napoleonics once more!
