I would not order from Redoubt if I was in the US. I placed an order worth about 70 lbs 3 months ago. Have not heard from them since. Will open a dispute with paypal before long. Had excellent overseas service from Perry(11 days), Castaway Arts(Aus), and ESLO(Germany). Also Great Service from all US companies. BE very aware of Redoubt. If they don't want US orders they should say so. Oh, they charged like 17 lbs shipping on a 70lbs(money) order |

A big order from Redoubt took 5 weeks to get to me (UK). Shame as the have some nice figures at a good price. |

Wow, thanks all. I guess that I just keep wishing that Redoubt has gotten their act together. My order would have pushed all the buttons, to the US and around $200 USD worth. It's a shame. They're one of the few companies that has an ACW firing line in which all the figures are actually firing. Also their "firing" artillery crews are great, and I like their 13 inch mortar. |
