Does anyone know of any company that produces Austrian Heavy Guns in 28mm scale? |

I don't know of anyone that makes dimensionally accurate 28mm models of any size of Austrian or French gun, I'm afraid. If it's for siege artillery could you not repurpose any large weapon and deem it to have been captured? Hinchliffe does a 25mm British 18-pounder, for example.
