Does anyone know if any company makes mine heads (i.e.) the framed towers and turning wheels in either mdf or plastic? I'm looking for some for a Space 1889 Mars mining camp project. If not does anyone know of suitable bits for conversion? |

Should be easy enough to scratch build. Try using wooden coffee stirrers … |

if it's an exploratory mine, I'd buy an HO scale model, as being a bit undersized is OK. I'd go with an O scale piece for an industrial production mine. |
