link Salute fellow gamers and Naval History type people, Latest installment on the downward slope of Project Jutland with another 27 ships complete. Included are some C in C ships (for the first and last time) great little models, good crisp casting and detail superb, it's a shame the range isn't bigger and more readily available in the UK. Thanks to Wargames Emporium in Sheffield for getting these for me. I just have 8 GHQ Armoured Cruisers in da house waiting to be built, apart from that my final order is in with WTJ for the last ships, so hopefully if the owner reads this he will get them dispatched quickly ! They look great! Your style of painting and basing is very, very effective. |

Wow, Ken. Your light cruisers look terrific! I really like the consistency the off your work – 27 to go. What a marathon. I can't wait to see them all together – you'll need to hire a hall! |

Quite impressive. How many tons of shipping have you painted up now? :-) - Ix |

Cheers Guys, At this rate I should have everything painted by end of September (depending on WTJ order arrival). There are 58 ships to go which I plan to do in 3 groups, Armoured Cruisers in one and then split the last lot of light stuff in half. As for hall hire, that's sorted ! I feel quite ashamed when I look at my unpainted pile of lead and wonder how many ships you've painted in the last few months Ken. Jolly good show – and I love WW1 CLs anyway! Remember to remind us when you're doing Jutland at the Armouries. Nick |

No problems Nick, it will be November, there is also a good chance that the ships will be on static display at the Leeds Club show FIASCO, also at the Armouries a month earlier. Regards Ken The Yarkshire Gamer |

WOW.. just on the sheer volume you set for yourself, let alone your pace. KUDO's! I have to say, from the initial pic above, my first thought were "Figurehead 1/6000" scale. Which puzzed me seeing you said they were "GHQ and CNC". Best of luck |

No, Part Time Gamer, they are definitely all 1/2400 GHQ, my wallet can testify to that! All finished now thankfully back to 15mm SYW and my initial 2016 28MM Crusades project Regards Ken |
