I played my first game of Sharp Practice 2 today at the ‘Call To Arms' show in Wellington, NZ. It was a colonial New Zealand Wars game.

We had loads of scenery, but the game itself was a simple encounter battle that we played on the clearer half of the table.

The table and New Zealand setting received lots of really positive comments, too. As did the fabulous 3D printed Māori pa by printablescenery.com It was really nice to be able to present a game that reflected our own history for a change, rather than a setting in Europe or America.

As it was our first game of Sharp Practice 2, it's fair to say that we got lots wrong and were quite confused at times. But overall we enjoyed it.

Brilliantly presented as usual. Well done. Wish I could have been there.

Nice looking table again. I had a close look at the printablescenery that you have painted up which looked really well made.

I think we made a few mistakes in the other Sharp Practice game as it was only the second time we'd played the new version as a group. Played very well in my humble opinion. (I provided nothing other than a bit of terrain)

Very inspiring thank you. Lovely figures and paint jobs.
I'm trying to build a 15mm version of these from Battleline in Auckland and I'm looking at stuff I can use with either Tribal or Sharp Practise. Would like to do mid-sized battles rather than skirmishes.
I got a resin Marae from Palmerston North but am hope to print a 15mm version of the Pa.
BTW I'm in Whangarei.
