hello..being in the process of painting some PC nice 25mm from Monday Knight Production…i surfed trough various sources on the web..but they differ about the color of the fez headger sported by the Constabulary..was it black or red?
i understand is a difficult question maybe any US wargamer that tried this very interesting conflict ..which i find very playable with TSATF

I'm not sure about the Fez, but I am interested in the period. What figures do you use?

hello
many years ago i was so mad to purchase from a company called Pass of the North quite a few nice minis for this conflict..and it happen that, a few years ago , a find again the same line, but with a different name, on the web:
link
they are 25mm not 28m but they are ok as i suppose Philippinos are'nt very tall..so i use them VS my OG Boxer Rebellion 28mm castings..same for Philippino Constabulary
for Philippino Scouts (with US type headgear but otherwise similar) i have some very old and OOP Frontier true 25mm
my Moros warriors are both Monday Knight Productions and Frontier miniatures..they are sold with a great choice of hand to hand weapons…one day if i could learn how to use things like flick eccc…i could post some picts
in fact i'm interested in all Colonial or 19c./20 c. sidewhow to play on tabletop..but having just read those 2 books that i strongly suggest you (great ideas for games)

link

and above all this one who deal with all Philippine revolts..not only Moros

link

and i was hooked to recuperate my Moros/US/Philippinos and paint them..i'll try a game with TSATF
i discovered trough the 2 books that Philippine had a great and eroic military tradition in resisting to the US occupation…

TVAG (15mm) and Old Glory (28mm) have ranges for this conflict, if I'm not mistaken.

Also, I have some of these that I ordered from Recreational Conflict. They are 28mm:

A contemporary "colorized" post card from 1906 also shows the Constabulary in red fez.

Great thread. There's more out there than I thought.
