Those are fantastic Mike, I love them both!

This reminds and inspires me: I need to get back to my OHW Napoleonic campaign!

Just for the record both of the mats used were from Deep Cut Studio and the farm in the Airfix Battles scenario was from the Emperor Toad's Emporium-my favourite supplier of true scale 28mm terrain that works perfectly for 54mm figures.

Thanks for the comments – glad you enjoyed the blog, Norm.

We will definitely be matching some more of the OHW scenarios to the Portable Wargame.

Looks excellent but how could you let Anthony win!!???

Well Alastair my friend, it helped that in the Airfix battles games I actually remembered the 'Never give up' rule for my Tommies for a change…

The Portable wargame could have gone either way-you can't get closer than two evenly matched units slugging it out on the objective on the last turn of the game!

PS Don't forget I let you win on Monday!!

Inspiring pictures of your Wells-style game have persuaded me to join the forum. Thanks for setting it up!
