Does anyone make Rhode Island heads in 15mm with the cap used by the artillery? I seem to remember a company that made seperate heads and bodys

I think the company you mentioned may be Peter Pig. They make separate heads but unfortunately not for the Rhode Island artillery. peterpig.co.uk/page6.html

Those Stone Mountain figures were 22mm if I remember correctly and I don't think they are in production.
