Years ago, I read an article in the Practical Wargamer by Clive Lane. The article was called ……. Using Hexed terrain. Can anyone tell me what issue that appeared in? |

PW #14, Sept/Oct 1990. Mr. Lane was supposed to have authored a book on Napoleonic Battlegaming with Hexes, but I've never been able to find a copy. Practical Wargamer also had a couple articles on Peter Bold's hex-based rules for Ancients and ECW; I was never able to obtain a copy of the rules and wish someone would reprint them. Battlegames magazine #6 has an article about using hexes and #7 has a full set of rules for early 16th century battles. |

I'm sure I have seen Practical Wargamer on an online magazine page, with issues being available to download. Can anyone remember where? Tony |
