It has taken us some time but we're finally unloaded, sorted and re-shelved from Historicon. We had a good time reconnecting to everyone after 11 years and our games in the Colonial "Corner" were well-attended and received. We think we'll have the same corner next year plus a separate room for larger and/or special games. So thanks to all who supported us and who stopped by our booth in the vendor's hall. As we make our way through the many orders that were awaiting us on our return, please remember that our Summer Special of 20% off orders over $50.00 USD is in effect until August 26. You'll need to email us so we can direct bill you via PayPal with the discount taken. And Colonial Barracks VI is just 3 1/2 months away. Convention registration is open as is hotel registration. Go to our website for details: sergeants3.com Right now we have 18 games confirmed and four dealers. And I'd like to clarify something I heard at Historicon. Several gamers came into our booth wanting to know how and where they could get an "invitation" to Colonial Barracks. Each time I asked them to explain, the said they understood it was an "invitation only" convention…. To be clear, it's open to anyone who loves TSATF and the many rules written by Larry Brom. There was never anything elitist about Dad. If you want fun and camaraderie while gaming, look no further than New Orleans and Colonial Barracks each November. |
