My Team Yaakav project didn't die after one game so here is part 2. So here is a scenario and battle report Israeli trying to extricate themselves out of the village of Sultan Yakoub. Team Yaakav is my Team Yankee game project based on the Lebanon 1982 war.

The scenario is at:

very nice. Actually, I am thinking of doing Sultan Yakoub, 2006, in 3mm

but 15mm might be more appropriate.

Looks and sounds like a fun game.

Thanks for sharing your report.

1/144th is possible as well, and is a nice middle of the road choice, though you can get some 1/100th scale vehicles for less than the aforementioned scale.

Switching to 1/144th will give you twice the gaming space on the same tabletop, and the infantry still look pretty decent.

Excellent, thanks for posting!

I'm really enjoying these battle reports, and I look forward to the next one. I'm working on my own 6mm forces fro 1973, just purchased two F-4s and two AH-1 Cobras for the Israelis.

V/R,
Jack

Thanks. I'd love to do some 6mm forces but I already had a bunch of 15mm stuff from AK47. Someday though… when the wife isn't looking.

Don't do it Paul, your troops look fantastic! I hate when I buy the same period/troops in different scales…

Jack
