Did the Pulaski Legion have lancers?
Were they simply another squadron, front rank of dragoons, etc.?

I bought some Continental dragoons from Fife and Drum, and had some Firing Line dismounted dragoons lying around, I thought it would add some chrome to the Legion to add Lancers.
Give them a +1 first round and all that. No big deal, just a fun rule.

If they didn't they certainly should have.

2 troops of dragoons and one of lancers is what I found for the cavalry elements when looking for an OOB a while back.

I've built up a unit of 10, of which 4 are lancers.
