"Shar'tor the Executioner is a Chaos Hero of the Legion of Azgorh. His command ability gives nearby units a chance to ignore wounds, and the mask he wears both inspires other Bull Centaurs in your army to charge and gore your foes, and brings death to the enemy.

Shar'tor the Executioner is the first model in the Warhammer Age of Sigmar Character Series. This incredibly detailed model is packaged in a stylish presentation box and includes a detailed 105mm oval base, depicting the ruins of battle that Shar'tor tramples beneath his hooves. This is a complete, multi- part resin model…"

$70 USD pounds

That is stupid expensive.

Pictors Studio16 Jul 2016 10:00 p.m. PST

Actually $91 USD is not a bad price for a model of that size and quality.

Too expensive. Too ugly. No way I would pay that price. GW's Ghorgon is a much cooler model and costs way less.

Actually $91 USD USD is not a bad price for a model of that size and quality.

That depends on whether you want to waste your money on just one large overpriced miniature, or spend the same amount and get more miniatures that are far more useful.

As I said stupid expensive.

How are any miniatures useful? Do you use them to prop doors open?

If you want a cool looking Chaos dwarf bull centaur there aren't many out there that are going to do the trick.

And I'm not sure what a "large overpriced miniature" has to do with what we are talking about. $91 USD is a very reasonable price for a resin kit, that nice, of that size.

Petrov raises a good point that the Ghorgon is a cooler model. I think it is a pretty cool model. It is cheaper by about $40. USD I'm not sure which one I like better but I have the Ghorgon and probably won't be getting Shar'Tor. But then I have a Beastman army and not a Chaos Dwarf army.

Oh how about getting enough to make several units or the better part of an army…

Then just getting one large miniature.

Pictors Studio20 Jul 2016 7:19 p.m. PST

Because you already have an army and like the large miniature.

If you go with the Start Collecting boxes you can do both, get a large miniature and get several units to go towards your army.

GW has both options available. They have some high priced, low production quantity items, they have some low priced, high production quantity items. All of them are excellently sculpted.

Why would you be against choice?
