They have never answered their phone, nor have they ever answered e-mail inquiries. But now, their online ordering system is not working.

Cart working for me. They are happily in business as far as I can tell. Let us know how you get on when you do reach them.

I just exchanged emails with them yesterday about a lost order. They are still there.

Just received an order yesterday, and another one 2 weeks before. Also exchanged emails within the last 10 days. I'd say they are alive.

Got stuff off them a couple of weeks ago, delivered promptly, etc etc?

Do they bring out any new figures? I never seem to see them advertise any more? Maybe that's just me.

I met up with Marcus at the St Helens show. He was very helpful. I rang up with some queries for a customer and had no problem getting through.

They are still trading and have started to attend a number of shows in the UK. I don't think that they have released anything new in years, but they do have an extensive line of useful figures covering a vast range of periods.

The "new" stuff was mostly panned and is being released on a different website.

Still very much in business – And way more active on the show circuit than they used to be.

They released a LOT of new stuff c. two years ago.
Victorians/Edwardians, Italian wars, High Medieval, Goths, Fantasy, bunch of other stuff, much of which you don't see advertised.
Loads of Shane Hoyle sculpts – don't know who else.
Opinion varies on the quality, but the official line was that the new ranges didn't match the old.
The new releases have been available online from 'Casting Room' miniatures for a while now.

Does anyone know if Foundry currently has a current reasonable program for Stockists/Stores in the U.S. to sell their product.

I see that they have brought their prices down to be competitive.

I used to carry several of their lines then their prices and minimum requirements got way out of line, at least for our company. End result was a minimum order of 500 GBP,
high postage and packs of 6 figures selling for $24.00 USD.

Unsustainable!

Good news – must have been a temporary problem. Based on your feedback I tried again today and all went smoothly. Thanks for your comments.

While I like Foundry, with all of the great companies out there, competition has allowed in some ways better products to come up the ranks. And cheaper. I love Crusader, Perry, and Old Glory. Conquest and Knuckleduster.
In the US War Store I guess would be the "US Stockist"
