So my wife saw this advertised on line somewhere and thought it would be a nice birthday gift; she paid directly on their web site with her credit card, and we waited. And waited. two weeks later, my birthday is a fuzzy memory and still nothing. She has emailed them, but got no response and asked me if the company is legit. Are they a part of Battlefront? |

Yep, I got mine about two weeks ago. They had major distribution problems for the initial sets. It seems Europe got theirs about a month ago (and the expansion sets are available now) while here in the US we just got ours about two weeks ago with the first expansions next month. I'm not sure what the deal is with direct ordering from the store. They are part of Battlefront, and should be answering customer service (I got mine from Miniature Market). |

Regardless of distribution hassles, GF9 / BF should be a lot more responsive to a customer's concerns than that. How disappointing! I hope they get back soon, No4, otherwise do as I have done (and you have a right to do) and email them stating that if they fail to reply, you will inform the online fraud investigation authorities in your country. Had troubles with a gift card I purchased for my Dad from an online hobby store. Four emails, no response. Warned them I will inform police both here and in their own country. Ta-Dahhh! Response inside 15 minutes!! I hope you won't have to do the same, but sometimes we're the only ones who'll stand up for ourselves. Good luck! |

For games such as this.. I bought it brand new off ebay.. Atleast then theres some kind of 'contract' from payment to recieve it in an allotted time. |
