I am looking for saddled camels that are sitting on the ground to use with my dismounted Camel Corps 54mm toy soldiers. These would be used with the baggage in the center of my squares.

I know that Britain's has some in it War on the Nile range, but sadly, these are no longer in production.

Most of the other camel sources only have them in the standing position (yeh, duh!)so I'm at a loss to know where to look. Converting Armies in Plastic camels from standing to sitting position is not something that I am looking forward to.

Any tips, leads (or if you have the Britain's camel to sell) would be appreciated.

Irregular makes a kneeling camel in their colonial range. How about nativity sets?

Wouldn't that be "kneeling"? (Oops, forgot to say "Pedant Alert!").
(Edit: 79thpa beat me to it while I was typing, I see.)

AIP does a lot of them, don't they? It does seem that they'd do at least one box kneeling.
Q: How do you like their camels, anyway?

Plenty in 25mm,not that that helps.

BTW,when 19th Century did their 15mm Sudan range, they had a Dismounted Camel Corps bag, featuring standing camels, with "camel holders".

I asked if they included ladders. . .

We make a seated camel in our Imperial Miniatures toy soldier ranges…

Drop me a line and I am sure we can work something out for just the camels

I think Mike's offer is a great one. They will fit in with your soldiers really well.
