I know this thread is several months old, but for those who are interested, the Musket Miniature Line seems to be coming back.

This comes from the thread on this subject from last year, this was posted by Member WPorter, I wanted to post to to a new thread because it should get wider attention. Again thanks to member WPorter for finding this and posting it.

Good to know. Whoever came up with blue font on a black background needs to be beaten.

Cool I can get the rest of my Mexicans now!

That blue is definitely the wrong color. Hopefully the web site is still a bit beta and that will be fixed ere long.

I'm happy to see this stuff coming back into production.

Oh yeah, that color, yuck!

Pricing seems to be still economical though. .36 cents per foot figure.

Agree on the color choice.

25mm Zulus…

Hope they scale well with the old RalPartha

3rd on the almost unreadable colors

One of my favorite ACW ranges. Will you be rolling out more of the ACW figs? Right now there is a pretty limited selection.

I have to agree that some color changes would be good for the fonts…

I also find it hard to read. And anything on a black background is either hard to read or shouts out "eye torture" like the bright yellow lettering at the top of the page.

I just sent him an e-mail at the web site contact address. Hopefully that will result in some changes.

Being about 85 pieces shy of completing my Crimean war set this is good news…… Now I can think about that valley campaign in Tennessee (imaginary)…………

Ah, more American Rev figs for my 1/72 stuff. They tend to fit in better than a lot of the Tumbling Dice range.

Thanks,

John

Excellent news!

This is great news! Most of my AWI and ACW figures are Musket Minis for sentimental reasons! (they were the first set of 15mm I ever purchased). Thanks for posting.

it is good news… By far the BEST ACW limbers produced….

madcam2us03 Jul 2016 5:18 a.m. PST

Oooo… Just followed the link and don't see a listing for the limbers… yes they have the HO/25mm ones, but NOT the highly desired 15mm ones….

Sad Panda.:-(

Now see here, The 15mm limbers and the rest of the ACW range are available, but Musket has a lot of products and I've only just started listing the 15mm ACW.

I can email the old catalog, the prices are the same.

All of the original Musket lines are available except the 10mm and all the buildings however new buildings are being built.

The first new O scale ACW figures are almost ready and will be adding more non combat poses for the HO range as well.

I'm working with Steve Barber Models on these new products and the Zulu.

The Zulu range is 28mm. It was a range started by Steve barber but never released. I have the Zulu molds and will have some British soon. These were acquired because I like the scale and the period, just a small range to supplement others like Warlord Games and Foundry. They might be a bit large for the Ral Partha figures. I will try to determine if they are.

Thanks.

Kris

Hi Kris,

In light of this post, please disregard my other on the link "MM is closed"…. Good news on the 15mm limbers… Expect an order just as soon as I can get a product listing and order form….

Yours in anticipation…..

Madcam.

Hi Kris,
Did you purchase the 10mm line as well? (I noticed your comment above that it was not back in production.)

Best,
Joel

MusketMiniatures06 Jul 2016 8:57 p.m. PST

Sorry, the 10mm was long gone by the time I found out Musket was for sale.

About half the 15mm ACW is listed on the site now including the artillery.

I just got the first molds today for the new O scale ACW range which will be added asap.

Regulars07 Jul 2016 3:13 a.m. PST

Thanks, does anyone on TMP know who purchased the 10mm line?
Best,
Joel

MusketMiniatures17 Jul 2016 8:52 p.m. PST

It looks like the 10mm was bought by Fun and Games in Missouri.

I'm hoping they bring back the HO animals, especially the wild ones – they work okay for larger 15 mm, if just a bit big. But no one else offers some of what they had – and hopefully will again.
