There's another update on the blog. This time I have painted an empress Toyota tecnical with a .50cal & gunner.I have used 2 neat little tricks with this model.

Have a look here:

Luv the rust. The slot in 50 cal works really well.

Spot on!

The Toyota looks really good! I like the way it's a bit lower on the rear shocks/springs than the front.

Beautiful work.

Can you remove the gunner but leave the gun?

Ucalegos28 Jun 2016 10:44 a.m. PST

Can you use pliers?

@glenn Goffin, at the moment no. the gunner and the 50cal come together but when I bought the vehicle it also came with a spare 50 cal on a stand. I still have to paint that up so next week,YES you can have a 50cal in the back with no gunner. just need to get it glued and painted but that should not take more then an hour.

Or as Ucalegos suggest you could use pliers….

don't use the pliers!

I think I'd want the option of gunner / no gunner for gaming. When the gunner gets hit, take the gunner+50cal out and put the spare 50cal in. It may take a few turns for the truck to find another gunner, and it will be easier to remember that that truck doesn't have one.
