The Boiler was left over from an abandoned sugar refinery, though who originally owned/operated it, I have not found.

Very cool looking terrain piece. I think I might try making one for my 54mm toy soldier Sudan game. I was thinking of using an aluminum Coke can for the boiler. Not looking forward to making all those rivets those.
