Other than Arrggh, I am not sure what else there is to say.

Please repost this around September 17, which is Talk Like a Pirate Day.

Smart as paint, they be!

But surely Steampunk pirates should have a more 19th century look, rather than sporting the tricornes of an earlier century?

jpattern223 Jun 2016 7:38 a.m. PST

They're hipster steampunk pirates. The tricorne is the steampunk equivalent of a fedora.

Feeling serious deja view. Armand, are you sure you've not posted these before? You do on occasion repeat yourself.

The decolletage, or exposure in general, is a bit much for even my apologetic ways, but be that as it may…

I generally think of VSF pirates generally either 'lost colony' throw backs, or posturing 'steampunk'. Tricorne explicable in either case.

Now, the occasion mad dictator pirate is another matter entirely. Unless he's REALLY mad.

Can't be Steampunk, 'cause not a one of them has goggles on her hat.

Wasn't there a discussion about terminology here recently? "Lacepunk" was one proposal for an 18th century equivalent,IIRC.

Glad you like them boys!. (smile)

I'm sure my friend because the date of the original post is June 22nd…

Maybe other similar to them…

All but the last two are great! I now see what my pirate games have been lacking.
