I received as a gift from my kids my first box of plastic Russians from Warlord Games. I don't have much in the way of background information. I am, however, working on a project with a goal to skirmish parts of Borodino in the future. I don't mind assembling some as earlier version uniforms/shako. I do believe that the older version shako was worn by some until the end of the war.

Any assembly advice (e.g., how many in the box assembled as musketeers, grenadiers, jagers, etc.)? Any good sources to help with this?

Your counsel is welcome and much appreciated.

BTW – I also have a box of the Perry Russians coming so I can compare the figures from both.

I'm building the Borodino 1st Western Army. 4 musketeer regiments, 2 Jager regiments 2 light batteries 1 position battery in a division. Grenadiers formed their own division on the same scale.
