Dark Ages or Classical preferable

Although some fantasy/historical princess/magic user might do

Nudes are OK as long as they don't have their hands tied

Old Glory 15s and Baueda do some civilian/DBA camp packs that are worth taking a look at. Essex and Minifigs offer some as well.

Westwind do Gauls, Greeks and Roman civilians in their Empire range

Very nice

Baueda makes some men camp followers, as does Essex and Museum. Museum makes armed women and children in the horde range and some other armed nudes.

Westwind makes some awesome figures but I can't find any 15mm.

Old Glory 15s has a few but there doesn't appear to be many in the Camp sets. The female captives have more but they all have their hands tied. A few, with hands tied in front, could be used, paint the ropes as bracelets or trim them off but most seem to have their hands behind them. There are a few in the Ottoman Turk Sultan's Command

Blue Moon makes a great looking Gallic villager set.

Forged in Battle make Greek, Roman, and Gallic

Thank you all, you've given me some choices to think over

Both Blue Moon and Splintered Light may have some you can use as well.

The following sets from Minifigs all include female figures that may be of some use to you:

Are the Westwind 15s possibly discontinued? I don't see them on the website.

Tom – the Westwind ones are in the War and Empire 15mm series as seen in Jarrovian'epic above
