So is there a consensus on Redoubt? I wanted to place an order but then in short order we have two threads that question them. I live in the US. About three years ago I ordered some items,I also requested shipping via UPS and paid for that as well. After about a month I emailed asking if the items had been shipped. After receiving no answer I emailed again telling them to cancel said order. That got a response that the item had already shipped. I asked for a shipping number. Redoubt had shipped standard mail and no shipping number was available. I wasn't happy. Also the figures needed quite a bit more cleaning up than they used to. Prior to that problem I had ordered from them several times with no problem. I would still like to order from them but would rather not have to go through the drama. So, a show of hands, the problems were isolated incidents or not? |

About year ago I ordered some of their boxer rebellion figures and had no problem. The civilians in this range were quite useful for the very British Civil War. |

I do wish they would fix their delivery and quality problems instead of them charging close to very expensive prices nowadays, my last purchase was at Salute which was paid for in advance, 1/2 the stuff was OK the other needed more work than the cost was worth. So if they're listening yes they have superb products but its unfair to service some with no problems and others have to jump through hoops, it seems this apply mainly to us who are not based in or close to the UK. Redout We love your products help us to help you sell your stuff. |
