I recently purchased a large force of ECW figures from Empress Miniatures to make a Royalist ECW army for the new Baroque rules. Please see photos of finished models link I think you will agree i did a fairly good job with the painting and the finished models look excellent. I must say i was very impressed with the empress models, I feared they were in many pieces and a lot of assembly would be required. That is not true. Some require no assembly, some need an odd arm or two adding, the pikemen need pikes adding. There was almost no flash or mould lines and all the detail was crisp. Whilst individually they are a bit expensive i bought the 84 man regimental packs for £99.00 GBP i think, do the math that is a darned good price for 84 figures of such quality. Must say i can whole heartedly recommend Empress Miniatures ECW figures. Andy |

Really nice work! Starting with Empress was a smart move. Lovely figures and a joy to paint. |

They were indeed a joy to paint. When i am looking i always look for painted examples on the internet, it is surprising how often it is difficult to find any |
