How do you simulate the ocean waves? I have tried but can't seem to get the water/waves to look good.

Terry, I use paper pulp with white glue. To model the waves I use a thin rod and let dry in the sun. After, I varnished surface to close the pores and then I paint it.

They are fantastic, but surely as part of the Royal Navy of the United Kingdom they are British, rather than English, ships.
