Traded at Partizan today in the new venue at the show ground….excellent venue, great lighting….Windows ….natural light! Also fantastic access for loading / unloading and sheds of free parking. The Bistro provided a good bacon butty at a reasonable price…..not forgetting the comp cup of coffee from the show organisers…. Some other show organisers should take note. Thank you to Richard and Lawrence for making it happen and inviting us at the last moment. Special mention should also go to the whole gang of helpers who assisted us into the building when we were running a bit late! Can't wait for Partizan 2 in August…… Chris Britannia Miniatures |

Seconded. I was there with a participation game, it was a really nice day out. |

It was a great day, I took my youngest daughter expecting her to whine the whole way round, but there were a lot of kids and families there. There were games that catered for them too (if you like minions and witches etc) Lovely well lit massive shed. |

I had planned to be there but car problems conspired to keep me at home. Felt glum all day. More so now having seen the pictures of the great games but it looks like a good time was had by all. I went to Hammerhead at the same venue and thought it's a really good space with good access and lighting. |

Thirded. A great day at a great venue. Apart from the hilarious fire alarms the day seemed go without a hitch. Great to see such a big event which is so historical games heavy. Mollinary |

Fire alarm was due to someone breaking one of the alarm points! It was me who silenced the alarms, Chris |

Thanks to everyone who helped to make it a great day! Few minor points for us to work on but for our first venue change in 25 years it all went very well, and everyone seemed happy. Hope you enjoyed the Dakota flypast that happened spontaneously mid afternoon :-) |

I was also standing with a participation game A very well-organised show (I would suggest a lump hammer for the alarm if it refuses to shut off in the future!). All good. The show was airy, had better light and better catering (reasonable prices) for a start off. There was a nice touch in having areas designated for Participation games and Society Stands. Also there was plenty of room to walk round without being face planted by an errant haversack or upended by an unseen toddler/pushchair. It was much easier to navigate and get to the trading stands without the usual rugby scrum. One other thing I noted was that the place was buzzing from the start and still buzzing past 3 o'clock. I definitely think any shows in decline could do worse than look at the paths both Hammerhead and Partizan have taken. Good job… |

The Dak was good but was more impressed by the Red Arrows flying past at 1.15ish! |

Great venue, good facilities, cheap admission, and a great selection of games and traders. I am just getting into (historical) wargaming and this event really helped me see the potential for the hobby. I am already looking forward to Parizan 2017. If it's always mid to late May, I should always have a 'birthday pass' to escape family duties in order to attend! :) |

Definitely a good show that just got much better – I've not stayed as long ( or spent as much) at a show for a long time. |
