I can't seem to find models for this class (v191 for example) in 1/3000 or 1/2400. I may be missing some understanding of German ww1 destroyers in 1914 or can you tell me what are close proxies.

Are any of these what you want? wtj.com/wtj0377.html

I don't think these are the right class, but then I don't really know enough about WW1 German Destroyers

You don't need to know about them. If you read the text next to the last destroyer on the list G96, you will see it can be used for "S131 through S139"!

Yes, but I think the S138 class had a number of types. I'm really looking for the V181-V191 vessels. S138 and S139 are specific boats and I think that is what the WTJ codes are covering.

Having Googled for I while I think this is the answer. The boats I am after are part of the 1906 program. Boats were designated s,v or g by which shipyard they were built in and then sequentially numbered. In 1917 survivors were redesignated t. I think the boats I'm after correspond to the T150 boats made by Navwar.

I'm glad I'm not the only one who finds WW1 German TBDs confusing!

One thing I can share in case anyone doesn't already know is that ships of the same class may have different prefixes; this always confused me, but the reason is the prefix indicated the builder, not the class – e.g. Schichau (S), AG Vulcan (V), Germaniawerft (G)
