I placed a small order and payed with PayPal on 5/2. Called on the 14th, left a polite message with call back number, heard nothing…. Called again on the 18th leaving a polite message and call back number, still nothing…. If your going to take my money and not deliver product in timely fashion, or answer your customers maybe you shouldn't run a business. Ok, rant over… |

I think my brother's orders from them take about six weeks to receive. |

I was happy to see they were at Cold Wars this past spring. Maybe they are doing the wargame show circuit again. They can be slow but you will always get what you ordered. |

I don't mind the waiting. But if your going to take peoples money and sit on it for 6 or more weeks, I think a return phone or email would go a long ways. |

I've contacted Old Glory 15s, hopefully they will respond soon. |

At Cold Wars, that was a another business representing Old Glory 15s and not the company itself. |

May 2 to 14 is only 12 days, including a weekend. Those are pretty high expectations! Are Old Glory 15s and Old Glory connected? I understand there was a bereavement recently. |

I believe they are cast to order, so it would take longer, depending on backlog. Old Glory and Old Glory 15s have not been connected for years. |

I paid a hefty $8 USD+ for shipping 2 small bags. A small priority box is only $5 USD and change. If I'm paying a handling fee should I not expect timely shipping? |

I even gave them the option of refunding my money if things were busy or running behind. I even said I would call back another day and place a larger order with them. It's the silence that peturbs me. |

Remember when we waited 4-6 weeks for the stuff we sent our box tops for? |

Or waiting all day to come home and rewind a cassette tape to hear all those important messages. :) |

The commercial flat rate for small priority box is now $6.10 USD and if mailed at the post office, $6.80 USD. Old Glory 15's has not been associated with Old Glory for better than 15 years, when 19th Century purchased the 15mm line of Old Glory figures. I know they have been going through some changes this year, but I am not aware as to the specific changes. |

well, I do know they are moving their entire production facility this month…thousands of molds, casting equipment etc…everything is being relocated. Soooooooooooooo…while that does not excuse them from watching the communications side of the business, it might explain why they are tardy/distracted. For one, I am waiting for the next game to be hosted by them at their new site. their new production site is very near by their newish retail outlet called "The Burrow" in Grand Haven. Come on OG15/19th Century Miniatures!! lets get the games back on, lol! ps – I was under the impression that they did not charge a credit card until the item was either ready for shipping, or perhaps cast….but I could be wrong. I usually order it and pick it up at their shop when I come for a game. |

Thank you rmcaras . I hope their transition is a smooth one. |

Old Glory 15mm used to be carried by War web but he crashed and burned last year cheating a bunch of us out of product or refunds. SO not sure who is carrying it now but they were making to order so it took a while to fill orders. It may take a while but they should get there. |

I've ordered quite a bit from them, usually mid-sized to large orders (because of the shipping costs) and then had them sent to me in Australia. I have always found them responsive and pretty quick given the stuff is coming half way round the world. |
