I was just wondering whether or not many people play the ruleset that GHQ publishes to support their line of 1/2400 Naval products.
It looks promising to me just reading it through ( I know about the rule book lumping the Torpedo Phase together versus the QRS, which is correct).
However, I rarely, if ever, see this set discussed or recommended in this forum. Is there a reason for this, and if so, what am I missing?

I got it, looked at it, was mildly interested in trying it, but never found the motivation to go away from our usual set. Even for a test game.

I had them and sold them. I wanted a set that could handle really large naval engagements. That particular set can only handle 3 or 4 ships on a side without taking way too long to play. I didn't feel they were bad rules, just not what I was after. I wound up using Decision Games Battlestations Battlestations rule. I did a battle with almost 60 ships in about 3 hours, it was the French Navy versus the Italian Navy in a hypothetical matchup.
