Hi folks. This sunday i'm gonna to play with cavs rules. Anyone play with this game?
I love this rules
But there isn't
Anything about to set up the tetrain before battle and anything about ibjetives.
Anyones can help me?

Most rules do not provide that sort of guidance. It's an SF game so it ought to be able to handle literally anything terrainwise.

As to objectives, try to avoid "destroy the enemy". It's much better to have objectives based on capturing a location or getting a force from one place to another.

Played the first ed. and enjoyed it a lot. Looking forward to getting/playing the third ed. next month. As for terrain we usually just use my desert setup as it's the least scale specific.

And another question.if a weapon's range is 30 what is the ranged band. I readed what the range is break in bands and this bands are the amount of the range, but the amount of the band isn't the total of the range
