Went on Saturday and had a great time. Many great looking games. There was one game in the back corner Hanghai Hustle I think it was. A grey beard was running it but there was about a half dozen kids playing and the energy that emmited could have powerd Portland for a week. It was good to see. Looking forward to next year.

This is a great convention. This year was my second time, and I put on a game at 7:30 on Friday, Battle of Sachertorte. Great game, great players, lots of fun for me the GM, and for the gamers. I can't express my thanks to the organizers nor praise this convention too much. I will be moving to Maine in the next year so this will become my "local con" but two years ago I realized how great it was.

This is like the old style HMGS cons. Players are packed in there at night, very tight, but great games on Saturday. Friday as well. Everyone is nice and polite and works together, and if you can't find something to like it's not the fault of the con. Thanks again to the guys running the WWI Aerdrome game. When they said they were going to play a tape of machine gun fire during the combat phase of their game, I was worried I would not be able to run my game, for the noise, but it was unobtrusive and quite innocuous. Thanks again.

I recommend this convention to everyone!

Not only that, Portland is a great vacation spot to go there. Lots to do outside the convention. It has a lot of elements of a tourist trap, but it's a trap you really enjoy being snagged into. I took the narrow guage train ride, and prowled around the harborside downtown with all the various shops and stuff.

Thoroughly enjoyable weekend.
