If you don't want to watch the whole thing: Their financial guy had the money from the kickstarter go into his personal account and he spent it on building a house.

A lien on his house, sell it to recover the money and have him charged with embezzlement. That he is a 50% owner of the company is irrelevant.

Seems overly dramatic and over produced for an apology video…

It seemed over produced. I don't know about over dramatic. The owner didn't seem to be as enraged as he said he was. It all seemed rather set up. I was kind of expecting some sort of punch line at the end like . . . he spent it on his house because we made the printer for only 20% of the money anyway, or he invested the 20% and tripled the investment and we made the printer or something like that.

What I don't understand is that the company says it lost 324,000, but recieved in repayments, grant and loans 387,000
and they say they can't finish.

Looked like a scam to me.
