Dear Sirs, I'm feeling a little guilty about my previous remark on your figures but what I should have said is : Maybe they are nice figures but … The fotographs are too dark to have a good idea of the figures and, yes, the painting could have been a lot better (as far as I can see), and a few more fotographs might be worth considering as well as some explanation regarding size compatibility with other manufacturers of same. |

Yeah, comparison pictures of your range and some of the more popular ranges in the same period is a very good idea for prospective customers. For example, if I made a 28mm Viking range, I'd post a picture of my minis next to some Wargames Factory and Gripping Beast minis. And if I released some Napoleonic ones, I'd post a picture of it next to some Victrix and Perry minis, and so on. In this case, I think a part of the slower growth compared to previous kickstarters is due to there not really being that many people collecting 28mm steppe cavalry armies, but there are actually quite a few ranges available. Koreans, however, are also not that popular to collect, but there are way fewer ranges out there for those who actually want to collect them. |

You might consider a professional photographer (I'm not being rude, I don't take perfect miniature pictures either) it just makes business sense to me The same with painted figures You have strong competition with Fireforge for Mongols John |

It might be a bit late for this current project, but I think you'd be able to find helpful people either on this forum or other wargaming forums that would help you for free or for an insignificant fee. It's a pretty friendly hobby after all, and myself included am happy to help people who take initiative to bring new stuff to the market. |

Whe know you are on a Kickstarter but your cost should therefore include these expenses (photographer/painter) in your goal(s). In my humble opinion you are forgetting the major cost : your time making the figures, make a good businessplan before you start and if you are unable, I'm sure you will know someone to help you with that. Everybody knows an accountant somewhere. Do not forget, photos and painting quality is 90% of your marketing. |

I looked up your website and realised you are in Argentina – I now understand that this makes logistics and so on harder Unfortunatly I just finished all the Vikings I need for now (but maybe one day …) Good luck in your ventures John |
