Last week we fought Leipzig. AAR here:

To be sure of fitting it into an evening session, I had halved the forces. This made for a quick fun game and we got it done in two and a half hours. But in hindsight I should have used the full OOB as per Konstantinos's scenario. OK, it would probably take 4 hours to play, but it would capture the flavor of the battle better.

So we'll do it again!

Thanks for play-testing it! Sounds like a good game, and of course looking forward to the full scenario AAR! In return I promise Kumanova, and more video AARs! :D

Excuse the tatty felt, I'd run out of roads. And excuse the heresy of using anachronistic Franco-Prussian War figures (go on, admit it, you wouldn't have noticed if I hadn't mentioned it). And the troop density doesn't have a Leipzig feel to it, as I indicated in the AAR.

But you did ask.

More photos now added to the Flickr album, courtesy of one of the French players, including a rather good panoramic shot.
