Looks like some really cool new Chaos miniatures in there. Some of the adventurers look pretty cool too. I'm not sure what the ones in the front of the pic are, maybe elves. I like the Stormcast figure, it will make a nice prime in my Stormcast army. The Gaunt summoner looks awesome. With 51 figures listing at 125 euros, I'm guessing it will be about $150 USD, it will be well worth it just for the figures alone. The one thing AoS needs is dedicated maruader and chaos warrior types for Tzeentch, Nurgle and Slaanesh. It looks like these will work really well for my Tzeentch forces. |

I'm still struggling with how there are lands to battle over floating around in space. Despite that I am excited to see something with WQ name on it. |

We have recently been playing some hellafun Warhammer Quest games for old times' sake. This is amazing being announced while we were doing that, and it looks like the tiles would match with what I have. If so, I don't care WHAT miniatures come with it or how badly they have supposedly screwed up the Warhammer universe, I'm in! 8)= |

"floating around in space" ???? |

I think he is confused by the pictures looking like the miniatures are set on a blue sky. |
nazrat | 08 May 2016 3:24 p.m. PST |
No. I believe he is referring to the latest version of the Warhammer world. The fluff has it exploding and all the remaining races are on bits of it floating around and fighting each other in little fighty pocket dimensions or some such thing. It left me cold in Vor and it does so here as well. |
napthyme | 08 May 2016 4:10 p.m. PST |
ahh, ok way to out of touch these days to know or care what GW does. |
Pictors Studio | 09 May 2016 6:02 a.m. PST |
Oh, well that isn't the fluff. The warhammer world may have exploded but the multiverse or the Realms are much bigger than that. No one is floating around in space, unless you could say humanity is floating around in space. |

That's not really what happened in Vor either. |
nazrat | 09 May 2016 10:49 a.m. PST |
Yeah, whatever. It was a long time ago and I really hated the background fluff for it. It was bits of worlds floating around with people fighting whose planet bit could hurtle into oblivion at any moment. It was darker and more hopeless than even GW's crap, actually. I wasn't surprised it failed… |

I don't think I see any Seraphon in there? Does anyone know if there is going to be a skink or Saurus hero in the box at all? |
Mithmee | 09 May 2016 5:01 p.m. PST |
That is Age of Sigmar Quest and has nothing to do with Warhammer, since GW killed WFB and turned it into Fantasy 40K. I will pass completely on this. |

Well I'm in. And personally I would look at the standalone rules for it before condemning it but perhaps that's just me. |

These look like some of the best plastic minis that GW has produced to date. Fantastic! |

I wished for GW to re-release Warhammer Quest. Beware the terrible power of the Monkey's Paw! |
