I was floored at the poor customer service I received from Redoubt Miniatures. I placed a small order back in Mid-Feb. Are they still fulfilling orders? Never did ever get my figures to complete my set from Redoubt miniatures. I ordered in mid Feb. Never received them, they took forever to respond. Finally said they would ship weeks later after ordering. Over 2.5 months later I start a paypal dispute and then they refunded my money. I sent a final e-mail to ask what the heck happened or how it happened, never got any response. I'm pissed as I ordered 100 bucks worth of stuff furniture etc. From another company. Redoubt would have completed my set of required figures for my 3 musketeer rules. Talk about having the wind taken out of my sails on my project. Grrrrrrrrr. Not happy. |

Yeah, I gave up ordering from them years ago due to poor service. Probably ditto for a lot of other people on TMP. -Steve |

Is that Redoubt based in the UK? They are usually very good, I have ordered loads of stuff from over the years unless something has changed recently. |

I've just had excellent service from them – an email reply within a couple of hours to a query and decent figures delivered quickly. |

I had to prod them a bit as well. Finally got the minis and a handful were mis-cast (no bases on the castings). |

seems like they have Problems sending to North America.never ordered from them direct in the 90's always ordered from MSC and got fast delivery, by sending a check and a written order and it took only 5 days from the time i mailed the check. too bad though there miniatures are the best and easy to paint up! |
