I used Foundry, Copplestone and North Star in my Africa collection. I have a picture of a line of native bearers that includes Foundry and North Star figures. While it is a distance shot, I can tell that it includes figures from both manufacturers and you can see that they look fine together (pic 42). I also a much closer picture of North Star's Lady Isobel Poppington standing with a group of Foundry figures, and she blends well with them (pic 75). You can see pictures 42 and 75 of my African Adventure Gallery at link |

Thanks for the "Wow!" and good luck with your project. If you look to the right of my gallery of pictures, you will see a long write-up that will take you through what I used in putting my collection together. Richard |

I've never seen that many painted flamingoes in one place before. VERY fine collection. |

Well War in 15 has one of the best Dark Africa photo pages I have ever seen and I go there often for inspiration for my own Darkest Africa projects. So yes the North Star line fits like a hand in a glove with the Foundry/Copplestone figures. |
