Two questions:

a) What's your opinion of this box?…
b) Are they trully 28mm?

Thanks in advance for your help.

Got two boxes on the to-do pile: They look good and appear to size up well with the other 28mm plastic naps kits available from perry/victrix etc.

They are 28mm. The painter deserves a pay rise.

They are 28mm (to eye level) and as said fit in well with other plastic ranges, loom over Casting Room Miniature's cacadores figures however (which appear to be 28mm to top of head). Usual large Warlord hands but very crisp figures, due to being new moulds no doubt, and easy to paint.
I am using these to do Pack's Independent Brigade line regiments and have completed the First "Lippe" Regiment (bar basing)

In 25/28mm, is the convention for measurement to the top of the head or to they eyes?

huh?

The Victrix/Brigade Games figures are very good. Unfortunately the range is limited to Line and Light infantry. If only the Perry twins started focusing on the Peninsular War…
