I am trying to identify this figure, I know it is a 25mm Grenadier figure dated 1993 or 1998 but the number is obliterated from the base. It is a figure in what looks like a priests cassock or cape but with an ear piece, short Mohawk haircut holding an electronic rectangular box. link
