We put on another game at my local club on Friday using the 'Blood, Bilge and Iron Balls' rules.

Take a peek!

Sorry, can't see it on Facebook. The quick flash looked good!

Hi Mithlond,
Loved the story, loved the ships, loved table and fort. Also loved the smoke. I loved the photos too. 175 of them did not help tell the story of, or showed the game to its best.
One picture tells a thousand words. 175 pictures is over-kill. 1 or 2 of each turn would have been better.
You have made me wish to try the rules. It looked like a fun game. Thanks for sharing.
Be safe
Rory

Yes our resident club photographer got a bit over excited!

'Blood, Bilge and Iron Balls' gives you a sound, entertaining game. The rules are far more coherent than 'Fighting Sail'.

I can understand your club photographer. It looked good.
Also the idea of a nice real book of rules that is heaven.
I also like the miss-matched Broadsides of the French ships-logs for the Nile Scenario in the rules.
