Hmm, looks like 8 squads of 9… I do not know the current set of rules, but that was perfectly legal under older rules; maybe there is some point threshold the owner is set on meeting and full 10-Marine squads puts him over? |

Some of the stuff in that army still need some work,like the speeders, but I would say that his painting is way beyond "just above basic" Looks like the army is going through all of his painting levels. With the basic level marines up to higher levels, like his Land Raider |
